About this product
The Presidential Moon Rock Preroll in Skywalker is a premium indica pre-roll built around moon rock construction — flower coated in concentrate and rolled in kief — delivering a slow-burning, deeply layered session. Available at ZenZest's Queens-Long Island and Staten Island locations, and through same-day delivery across 80-plus New York ZIP codes, this is one of the most potent pre-roll formats on the licensed NY market.
What it is
A moon rock pre-roll begins with cured cannabis flower as its core, which is then coated in a cannabis-derived concentrate — typically an oil or distillate — before being rolled in a fine layer of kief. The result is a tri-layered product that burns noticeably slower and more densely than a standard pre-roll. Skywalker is a classic indica-leaning strain associated with earthy, herbal, and subtly sweet aromatic profiles. Smoking a moon rock pre-roll requires patience: the added concentrate and kief create a thicker draw, and the experience builds gradually over the course of the session rather than peaking immediately. No grinder or rolling skills are required — the pre-roll format means the product is ready to light.
Why this matters at ZenZest
Purchasing a moon rock pre-roll through a New York OCM-licensed retailer like ZenZest ensures every layer of the product — flower, concentrate, and kief — has passed state-mandated laboratory testing for potency, residual solvents, pesticides, and microbial contaminants. The Presidential brand operates within the licensed supply chain, meaning the sourcing and manufacturing processes are subject to regulatory oversight that unlicensed or gray-market sellers are not held to. ZenZest carries this product across both flagship stores in Queens-Long Island and Staten Island, and offers same-day delivery to more than 80 New York ZIP codes for adult customers 21 and older.
Pairings
A session with a moon rock pre-roll tends to be unhurried, making it well-suited to evenings with no obligations. Ambient or low-tempo music — think classic soul, downtempo electronic, or acoustic instrumental — complements the gradual, settling quality of an indica. On the food side, simple, comforting flavors work best: aged cheeses, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, or a warm bowl of something savory. For format pairing, a chilled still water or herbal tea keeps the palate clear across a longer session.
If it's your first time
Moon rock pre-rolls are among the most potent formats available in the licensed market. If you are new to cannabis, or new to concentrate-enhanced products specifically, this is not the recommended starting point. First-time users should begin with a standard flower pre-roll or a low-dose option to establish a baseline. If you do try a moon rock format for the first time, start low and go slow — take one or two draws, then wait a meaningful amount of time before continuing. Have water nearby and choose a comfortable, familiar setting.
Frequently asked
What makes a moon rock pre-roll different from a regular pre-roll?+
A standard pre-roll contains only ground flower. A moon rock pre-roll adds two additional cannabis layers: a coating of concentrate applied to the flower core, and an outer dusting of kief. This construction significantly increases the overall cannabinoid density of the product and produces a slower, denser burn compared to a conventional pre-roll of the same size.
Is the Presidential Skywalker Moon Rock Preroll available for same-day delivery in New York?+
Yes. ZenZest offers same-day delivery to more than 80 New York ZIP codes for adult customers 21 and older. The product is also available for in-store purchase at ZenZest's Queens-Long Island and Staten Island locations, subject to current inventory.
How should I store a moon rock pre-roll?+
Store the pre-roll in its original sealed packaging, away from direct light, heat, and humidity. Because moon rocks contain a concentrate layer, exposure to warmth can cause the oil coating to shift or the kief to fall away before you are ready to use it. A cool, dark drawer or a dedicated cannabis storage container is ideal for maintaining the product's structure.
Why does my moon rock pre-roll burn unevenly or go out?+
The dense, multi-layer construction of a moon rock pre-roll makes it more prone to canoeing or extinguishing than a standard pre-roll. Drawing slowly and steadily — rather than pulling hard and fast — helps maintain an even cherry. Rotating the pre-roll slightly between draws can also encourage a more uniform burn.
Is the Skywalker strain in this product a pure indica?+
Skywalker is classified and marketed as an indica strain, though most commercially cultivated cannabis exhibits some degree of hybrid lineage. For precise cannabinoid and terpene data specific to this lot, refer to the Certificate of Analysis available through ZenZest at point of purchase, as results vary by harvest and production batch.
