About this product
Priscilla's Garden Peanut Butter Funk is an indica pre-roll designed for unwinding at the end of the day. Hand-selected flower, ground and rolled for consistent burn, delivers the earthy, nutty character the Peanut Butter Funk lineage is known for. Available at ZenZest's Queens-Long Island and Staten Island locations, and via same-day delivery across 80-plus New York ZIP codes.
What it is
A pre-roll is a ready-to-smoke cannabis cigarette — flower ground to a uniform consistency, packed into a paper or cone, and sealed for immediate use. No grinder, no rolling tray, no preparation required. You light one end, draw from the other, and the session begins. Peanut Butter Funk is an indica-leaning strain appreciated for its dense, resinous buds and a flavor profile that leans toward roasted earthiness with subtle nutty undertones. Indica-dominant pre-rolls are typically associated with a heavier, more body-centered experience, making this format a popular choice for evening use or deliberate downtime.
Why this matters at ZenZest
Purchasing cannabis from a New York OCM-licensed retailer like ZenZest means every pre-roll on the shelf has passed state-mandated laboratory testing for potency, pesticides, residual solvents, and microbial contaminants before it ever reaches a customer. Priscilla's Garden sources and processes its flower under the same regulatory framework, providing a documented chain of custody from cultivation to sealed package. That accountability is absent from unlicensed market products. ZenZest's staff can provide current Certificate of Analysis information on request, so you know precisely what you are purchasing.
Pairings
Peanut Butter Funk's earthy, roasted character pairs naturally with equally grounded flavors — think dark chocolate, a spoonful of almond butter, or a bowl of miso soup. On the audio side, low-tempo soul, late-night jazz, or ambient electronic sets complement the unhurried pace an indica pre-roll tends to encourage. This is well-suited to a quiet evening at home, a slow Sunday, or a creative session where relaxation rather than stimulation is the goal.
If it's your first time
If this is your first time smoking cannabis or your first time with an indica strain, treat this pre-roll as a shareable experience rather than a solo finish. Take one or two measured draws, then wait several minutes to gauge how the effects settle before continuing. Start low, go slow — that principle applies here regardless of your prior experience with other formats. Have water nearby, and choose a comfortable, familiar environment for your first session.
Frequently asked
What does Peanut Butter Funk taste like?+
Peanut Butter Funk is generally characterized by an earthy, roasted, and mildly nutty flavor profile with a thick, savory smoke. The exact expression can vary by batch and growing conditions, but the strain's name reflects a distinctive funk — dense and grounding rather than bright or citrus-forward. Reviewing the current Certificate of Analysis at ZenZest can give you the precise terpene breakdown for this specific lot.
Is this pre-roll good for nighttime use?+
Indica-dominant strains like Peanut Butter Funk are widely associated with relaxation and physical ease, which is why many consumers prefer them in the evening or before rest. That said, cannabis affects individuals differently based on tolerance, metabolism, and consumption habits. If you are new to indica flower, begin with a partial session and assess your response before committing to a full pre-roll.
How is a Priscilla's Garden pre-roll different from a loosely rolled option I might find elsewhere?+
Priscilla's Garden produces its pre-rolls under New York OCM licensing requirements, meaning the flower used is tested for safety and consistency, and the packaging meets state labeling standards. Unlicensed or informally rolled alternatives carry no such guarantee. A licensed pre-roll gives you verified cannabinoid information, a tamper-evident seal, and a known chain of custody from cultivation to point of sale.
Can I get this delivered the same day?+
ZenZest offers same-day delivery to more than 80 New York ZIP codes across the metro area. You can confirm delivery eligibility for your specific address at checkout on the ZenZest website or by contacting the store directly. Both the Queens-Long Island and Staten Island flagship locations also carry in-store inventory for walk-in customers who prefer to shop in person.
How should I store a pre-roll I am not ready to smoke?+
Keep unused pre-rolls in a cool, dark environment away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and humidity extremes. The original sealed packaging offers the best short-term protection. For longer storage, a small airtight glass container or a dedicated cannabis storage tube maintained at stable room temperature will help preserve the flower's aroma, moisture content, and overall quality until you are ready to use it.
