About this product
Flav Duos Live Resin Infused Ground Flower blends two distinct strain profiles — Creamsicle (Hybrid) and Grape Ape (Indica) — into a single, ready-to-roll format enriched with live resin. The result is a layered sensory experience that combines the citrus-sweet character of Creamsicle with the deep, fruity body of Grape Ape, elevated by full-spectrum live resin for enhanced aroma and effect.
What it is
Live resin infused ground flower is precisely what the name suggests: milled cannabis flower coated or blended with live resin, a concentrate extracted from fresh-frozen plant material that preserves a broader range of cannabinoids and terpenes than many other extraction methods. Because the flower is pre-ground, it rolls smoothly into papers or packs neatly into a bowl without additional preparation. The Duos concept layers two complementary strain profiles — the bright, creamy hybrid Creamsicle and the grape-forward indica Grape Ape — creating a more complex terpene landscape in a single package. Consumers can expect a richer, more aromatic smoke than standard ground flower, with the added intensity that live resin infusion provides.
Why this matters at ZenZest
Purchasing infused ground flower from a New York OCM-licensed retailer like ZenZest means every unit has passed state-mandated laboratory testing for potency, residual solvents, pesticides, and microbial contaminants before it reaches the shelf. Flav is a recognized multi-state operator with established manufacturing standards, and at a licensed store that accountability is traceable through the full chain of custody. Shopping at an unlicensed source offers none of those guarantees. ZenZest's Queens–Long Island and Staten Island locations carry vetted inventory, and same-day delivery is available across more than 80 New York ZIP codes for added convenience.
Pairings
The citrus and grape terpene profile of this blend suits a relaxed evening rather than a high-output afternoon. Consider pairing it with a dessert-forward playlist — smooth R&B or lo-fi jazz complements the sweet, fruity notes well. On the culinary side, vanilla ice cream, a creamy fruit tart, or sparkling water with a citrus wedge harmonize with the Creamsicle side of the blend. For a complementary cannabis format, a CBD tincture taken earlier in the evening can set a calm baseline before introducing this infused product.
If it's your first time
Because this ground flower is infused with live resin, its potency is meaningfully higher than that of standard flower. If you are new to cannabis or to infused formats specifically, start with a small amount — a pinch in a bowl or a loosely rolled half-joint — and allow at least fifteen to thirty minutes before deciding whether to consume more. The indica-forward profile may encourage relaxation and sleepiness, so plan accordingly and avoid operating vehicles or machinery.
Frequently asked
What makes Flav Duos different from regular ground flower?+
Standard ground flower is simply milled cannabis bud. Flav Duos adds live resin — a full-spectrum concentrate made from fresh-frozen plant material — which raises potency and preserves a wider range of terpenes. The 'Duos' aspect also blends two distinct strain profiles, Creamsicle and Grape Ape, into a single package for a more layered aroma and effect than a single-strain product typically offers.
Is this product ready to use, or do I need a grinder?+
The flower is pre-ground, so no grinder is required. It can be loaded directly into rolling papers, a blunt wrap, or a pipe bowl. Because the live resin coating can make the material slightly sticky, use a small tool or the tip of a rolling paper to handle it cleanly and avoid losing product.
How does the Creamsicle and Grape Ape combination affect the experience?+
Creamsicle is a hybrid strain typically associated with citrus and vanilla aromatics, while Grape Ape is an indica known for its sweet grape scent and relaxing character. Blended together, the two profiles produce a complex, dessert-like aroma. The overall effect leans indica given the Grape Ape presence, suggesting a calming experience better suited to evening use than daytime activity.
Can I have Flav Duos delivered to my address in New York?+
ZenZest offers same-day delivery to more than 80 New York ZIP codes. You can confirm whether your specific address qualifies during the checkout process on the site. All deliveries comply with New York OCM adult-use regulations, and a valid government-issued ID confirming age 21 or older is required at the point of delivery.
How should I store infused ground flower to maintain its quality?+
Store the product in its original sealed packaging or transfer it to an airtight, opaque container kept away from direct light, heat, and humidity. A cool, dark drawer or cabinet at room temperature is appropriate. Avoid refrigerating or freezing, as temperature fluctuations can introduce moisture and degrade both the flower and the live resin coating over time.
