About this product
The Select BRIQ 2 Live Collection in Wedding Cake is a premium indica vaporizer drawing on live resin-style extraction to preserve the strain's rich, vanilla-tinged terpene profile. Designed for discreet, on-demand consumption, it suits evening wind-down sessions and is available now through ZenZest's Queens-Long Island and Staten Island locations, with same-day delivery across 80-plus New York ZIP codes.
What it is
The Select BRIQ 2 is an all-in-one, disposable vaporizer — meaning the battery, heating element, and cannabis oil are integrated into a single, self-contained device. No charging cables, cartridges, or separate hardware are required out of the box. The Live Collection designation indicates the oil is derived from fresh-frozen cannabis, a process that captures a broader spectrum of terpenes than conventional dried-and-cured extraction methods. Wedding Cake, an indica-leaning cultivar, typically expresses notes of sweet dough and light earthiness. Consumers inhale through the mouthpiece and the device activates automatically, delivering a measured draw without buttons or settings.
Why this matters at ZenZest
Purchasing cannabis from a New York OCM-licensed retailer like ZenZest means every product on the shelf has passed state-mandated testing for potency, pesticides, residual solvents, and heavy metals before it reaches your hands. Select is a nationally recognized brand with documented quality-control standards, but even reputable brands must meet New York's regulatory requirements at the point of sale. Buying through an unlicensed source offers no such assurance. ZenZest's staff can also answer product-specific questions, verify batch documentation, and ensure you are receiving a product that is legal, tested, and authentic.
Pairings
Wedding Cake's dessert-forward terpene character pairs naturally with low-key evening rituals — a charcuterie spread with aged cheeses and honey, or a simple bowl of vanilla ice cream. Musically, the cultivar's relaxed indica character complements ambient downtempo, neo-soul, or late-night jazz. For occasion, consider it a companion to a quiet film night, a bath, or winding down after a long workweek. If you enjoy concentrates, a small-format hash rosin alongside the vaporizer offers an interesting textural and flavor contrast.
If it's your first time
If this is your first time using a disposable vaporizer or trying an indica-dominant product, start with one or two short draws and allow ten to fifteen minutes before reassessing how you feel. Indica cultivars are broadly associated with a more body-centered experience, which some people find sedating. The BRIQ 2 activates on inhale, so there are no buttons to manage — simply draw slowly and evenly. Keep the device upright when not in use to prevent oil migration, and store it away from direct heat and sunlight.
Frequently asked
Does the Select BRIQ 2 need to be charged before use?+
The BRIQ 2 is designed as a ready-to-use, all-in-one disposable. It arrives with an integrated battery that should be sufficiently charged for immediate use. Some units do include a USB-C port for charging if the battery runs low before the oil is finished — check the packaging or ask a ZenZest associate for the specific unit's specifications.
What does 'Live Collection' mean on a Select vaporizer?+
Live Collection refers to oil extracted from fresh-frozen cannabis rather than dried and cured flower. Freezing the plant immediately after harvest helps preserve volatile terpenes that would otherwise degrade during the drying process. The result is an oil considered closer in aromatic complexity to the living plant, which many consumers find more expressive in flavor than conventional distillate-based oils.
Is Wedding Cake a good strain for nighttime use?+
Wedding Cake is an indica-leaning cultivar that many consumers associate with a relaxing, body-forward experience, making it a popular choice for evening or nighttime sessions. Individual responses vary based on tolerance, biology, and consumption habits. If you are new to this cultivar or to cannabis generally, start with a small amount and give yourself time to gauge the effect before consuming more.
Can I get the Select BRIQ 2 Wedding Cake delivered to my address in New York?+
ZenZest offers same-day delivery to more than 80 New York ZIP codes from its Queens-Long Island and Staten Island flagship locations. All deliveries are made to adults 21 and older with valid government-issued ID verification at the door. Check the ZenZest website or contact the store directly to confirm your specific ZIP code is within the current delivery area.
How does a disposable vaporizer differ from a 510-thread cartridge?+
A 510-thread cartridge contains only the oil and a heating coil — it requires a separate, compatible battery device to operate. A disposable like the BRIQ 2 integrates both components into one unit, making it simpler to use without additional accessories. Disposables are ideal for convenience and portability, while 510 cartridges may appeal to consumers who prefer a reusable battery and want to swap between multiple oil varieties.
